Example of a Cash Reward
If you are paying $100 per month in insurance premiums, your Cash Reward will be $240. The calculation is as follows: $100 × 12 months × 20% = $360 The Cash Reward will be paid in the first year of the policy only. Not in any subsequent years.
Cancelled or lapsed policies:
If you, within twelve months of receiving a Cash Reward
cancel your policy;
allow your policy to lapse through non-payment of the insurers premium; or
reduce your level of cover below the original sum(s) of the issued policy.
You must return the Cash Reward in full to LifeCovered in full within 14 days.
LifeCovered reserves the right to take action against you, including (without limitation) the use of collection services, to recover outstanding debts. You are liable for all expenses (including legal fees) that LifeCovered incurs when collecting that debt.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeCovered shall not be responsible for any claims, loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by you in respect of the subject matter of these Terms (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages) and LifeCovered's liability to you will in all circumstances be limited to the value of the Cash Reward or Gift Incentive. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms is intended to modify or negate a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
